Does it hurt?
It shouldn't. Start at the lowest suction level and move up until it feels like a firm pull, never a sharp one. The release button lets go of the suction with one tap.
Will it get too hot?
Heat has 12 levels. Start low and work up, and don't leave it parked in one spot at a high setting. It switches off by itself after 20 minutes.
Will it leave round marks?
It can, after a strong session or a long time in one spot. Marks usually fade within a few days. To keep them light, use a lower level and a shorter session.
Will it stay on my back, or slide off?
It can slip on small, curved or bony spots. The Zone Guide shows where to place it for each zone. A few drops of body oil helps it seal, and Rhythm mode at a low level grips better on curves.
What's the difference between Deep and Rhythm?
Deep holds a stronger, steady pull. Rhythm pulses the suction gently, which suits curved spots like shoulders and calves. A built-in pressure sensor keeps either mode steady.
